Hi! I’m Nikkie…I am 5’7” and 277 pounds (as of February 2013) My Goal is to have RNY WLS. Until then My plan for changing my lifestyle is to: use my resources (family, books, Internet, others blogs), Eat healthy, Eat the proper amount of calories based on my activity level, workout a little at first then work my way up to exercising minimum of 3 days a week, blog about it! I do not have a technical ED… although I do say that anyone who has trouble with managing their eating probably has some type of ED. I have a hard time hearing/feeling my hunger/full signals. I am also in the time in my life where my taste buds are changing. I now like things that before I hated and some things I loved are just okay now. I will be as honest as possible and anytime you have a question about anything please just ask me. I will answer all questions withing reason. Oh yeah BTW I have stretch marks…pretty much everywhere and I am okay with knowing they will be there when I’m near the end of the weight loss part of my journey and I move into the maintaining part. I have stretch marks on my shoulders, breast, all around my tummy and back, shoulder blades, and maybe a few on my thighs, and my upper arms. I’m sure eventually I will document them in photos just to show what I’m talking about. Oh yeah and I have a AC ligament Grade 3 separation that I got from riding a crazy horse that took off loping sideways and bucking. It requires surgery but I say no because it would take me out of work for a year and I’m not made of money. Second I suffer from IT band Injury…It started bugging me after I pushed myself to hard to quick to become a runner….I know better now! I know I have a lot of work to do and I am up to the challenge.
